How I Started:
I have always been active since I was a gymnast. However at the age of 18 I had to stop training due to an injury. This did not keep me from being active so I did some swimming, gym, jazz dance and coaching gymnastics (which is how I keep in contact with the sport) Therefore I decided that I need to be still involved in a sport but wasn't sure which one. Once i came across bodybuilding.com, started to read articles and bamm that was it!! This was the sport I was looking for (especially fitness) since it is the closest to gymnastics and can still use the moves with dancing music and carving a healthy lean body.
Why I Love It:
It helps me stay fit, disciplined, and darn I like the burn LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
viewing several Pictures from fitness/ figure icons, reading variuos articles from Bodybuilding.com and hanging Figure/ bodybuilding posters in my room
BB Accomplishments:
I am seeing some improvements but Ihave not competed yet but watch out hehe
