When I Started:
How I Started:
Started lifting weights as a young teen (13) with my dad got hooked on bodybuilding.
Started taking my cousins(and mentor) fitness classes when I was 23, got hooked on the endurance,and intensity of that. Now I am becoming a fitness instructor myself. (quite a challenge for a shy gal like myself).
Why I Love It:
It is my mental escape from life. I enjoy challenging myself. I love the look of a sculpted muscular physique on both men and women. I like to feel strong fit and healthy. I love intense workouts, whether lifting or a bootcamp. I love helping others get motivated and into fitness!
How I Stay Motivated:
Naturally motivated. Love the burn of intense hardcore training, luv it.
I ALWAYS want to train, hard to find the time to do it as much as I should between life, family and all my other physical hobbies.
BB Accomplishments:
MAy 2008- squatting 205 lbs.
Over-coming my self conscious issues and getting up in front of people to be a fitness instructor!
Ugh...here I go again, made some incredible lifting gains in that 3 month period...I prefer being lean! I feel as awful as I look in this photo..haha...first thing in the morning too!

Mmm hardcore...I like this! I need to cut, my mass is enormously built since I was 13...I also cardio on an empty stomach Jess but I take the juice from one fresh yellow grapefruit, 2 capsules of Ornithine (amino acid custom made by the pharmacist) and L-Carnitine. Try the grapefruit, you will like it! It's a real booster! X
