Was atheletic in high school. I stopped working out when i got to college and got really outta shape. Now im motivated to get back to it.
Why I Love It:
The way you feel after a nice hard workout. It feels as if you accomplished so much.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just nowing that I have overcome the pain and the hardwork. The feeling that you can take on the world after a good hard workout. Oh yeah, the ladies. LOL!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing as far as competition or anything. But personally I have got into good shape and now my abs show. LOL!
I'm gonna get into rock hard shape. Im dedicated to getting in the best shape of my life. LET'S GET IT ON!!!
Goal (Long):
Getting a rock hard sculpted lean and mean body. I'm gonna do Insanity in the morning and P90X in the afternoon. I'm gonna overcome the pain so that I can benefit from the gain. There is no stopping me now.
Hi Jesse! Don't worry too much about your fat gain. I can tell you, it won't stand a chance if you do both P90X AND Insanity. Since I do last mentioned, my metabolism jump-started once again. I'm beggining to see my lower abs, and I'm almost eating normal. Just a slight caloric deficit. This combination rocks! Stay strong! :)
I'm not flawless, but I embrace my flaws-they make me human. I love every stretch mark-it's my badge of honor as a woman and a mommy-to-be and I thank you. I haven't felt more beautiful at any other time in my life than I do carrying my SON :)
Hey Jesse, I saw your comments on the p90x group - was wondering if you were still having Q's about the food plan. This is my second time through and I made all my food mistakes the first round. Let me know if you're still trying to figure it out :)
