i would work out with my father just for fun until i got serious about it and it turned into a hobby
Why I Love It:
i love working out because of the feeling you get after a hard workout and you feel the pump also seeing the results and just scaring the shit out of people
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by staying focused on my goals and that is to go into the military and be in the best shape before i go in

my major body building accomplishment i would say is my biceps because it didnt take me long to grow them and its my favorite muscle to work on

awsome workout today i really doubled up on back and bies this week and im seeing awsome results cant wait for tomorows workout doing shoulders,abs,calves working a double tomorow so have to get up early to go to the gym
