I've always been intimidated when it came it working out. I used to weigh 250 lbs, grossly obese. Until very recently after loosing 96 lbs, I got very motivated and want to chllenge myself even further. Its been very hard so far but its been worth it. I went from a 42" waist down to a 29 " . I figure that if i had the discipline to do that, why not just totally remodel and change the shape of my body.

I want to gain at least 20 lbs of muscle. I've always wanted the body that when I take off my shirt would just be like DAMN HE WORKS OUT. I want a chest, arms, legs, and abs that I could be proud of.
OK... I fell off the wagon. Holidays really make me loose focus. I havent worked out in like a week in a half and boy does my body feel it. Starting today I'm gonna make a jumpstart on my New Year's Resolution. I still have the summer to look forward to.
I admire what youre doing. most people would just loose the weigh and then leave it at that. Well done for going that one step further and try to build back up. I dont think i'd have the patience with myself to do that
