I want to add some lean muscle and get rid of the fat!
Goal (Long):
I am aiming to enhance my muscle performance by doing weight training at least 4 times a week. My main goal is to increase muscle first and foremost so that it helps me burn the fat easily. Then to help I'm also adding Cardio for more caloric burn and a proper diet high in protein and low in carbs. No one said this was easy!

I got so pissed lately. I am doing my best and all of a sudden I lost all motivation... it just flew away. I lost track of my diet, I got sick and missed a week of workouts. Now I'm finding it hard going on my own to the gym. This sport is sooo lonely. Its raining everyday which is giving me...
