I was an athlete throughout highschool but once I got to college I eventually surrendered to the typical student lifestyle of alcohol and drugs, lol. Got sick of being a degenerate so I found a trainer, entered and won my first show, been hooked since...
Why I Love It:
Stress + anxiety relief. And I like the fact that working out allows you to be in control of your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set some hefty goals for myself. Drinking cosmos and eating mcdonalds isnt really going to cut it...
well today I realized that for the past week I have been taking 5 grams of melatonin before going to the gym in the morning. lol. I thought they were ginseng. and the funny thing is that ive had decent workouts the past few days... who knew.
whoa! incredible progress, and especially with your abs! looking pretty ripped right now, how did you do it? any advice you can give me, to help me improve?
I been a little under da weather lately. Got a small shoulder issue and tryna kick sinus problem but other than that.... im keepn it pushin! Dont go with cheap shoulders. Ur gonna get what u pay for. remember..... Treat urself, dont cheat urself!
hey whats up Jesika..thanks for the add..i'm sure you already know but you have an amazing phsyique! you definately have a pro caliber body! keep it up i'm sure you'll get a pro card
I see the blog, and I'm looking at bodystats(412lbs@225%bf!), sounds like your a little down on yourself about it. PLEASE don't be..we all have things we want to work on physique-wise(esp. me!) but you are doing so GREAT, you are lean, hard, with great muscle mass!!! Take it one day at a time and you'll be where you want.
...I did two leg wo's a week, one was heavy, the other very intense(35sets in 50minutes)..or one quad day and one ham day, preferably three days apart. That's what worked for me!
Thnaks for the wonderful compliment Jess;) As far as getting these wheels, leg workouts are 75-85% squat and deadlifts exercises, if I did a machine it would be heavy leg press most of the time...
