I believe that the 12-week Body for Life program will give you everything you are looking for to accomplish your goals. My wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs, going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen. It will be well worth the effort. Let me know if you wish more info.
