i think genetic is responsible for my built to look like hulk.coz of my body structure and short frame,accedentally i created a body just like a green monster in the gym...LOL!!!!!

bro, i know you can do too.. before, my back is my weakest body part. i force my self to prioritized my back training. i train it first when im still fresh and strong and i train my strongest part at the last part of my program.at first im not comfortable with this kind of training but as the day pass i feel my body responds very well and later my body adopts.now it becomes my favorite body parts to train.

hey bro!!!the secrete is, stick to basics especially if you're in mass training.basics such as bench press, squat and dead lift. those exercises build powers and makes your muscles thick and strong.in terms of reps and sets, i stick to 2sets of 6-10reps.thats my program the whole year round when im on my mass training.my philosophy..., add more muscles as much as possible and strip off fats before contest season.
