I want to keep living a healthy lifestyle.

I want to continue with weight lifting for the rest of my life, especially when i am pregnant. I don't want to be the kind of mom who puts on weight during pregnancy and doesn't get rid of it. I am glad that I have found this site and learned so much about my body. I always used to be really skinny and get comments from people about how I needed to gain weight and whatever, and now I am more muscular, eating right, and feeling all around great. I would really like to keep this up for the rest of my life!
