carb cycling...yay! lol
Just started my carb cycling program in prep for comp. season...doing 4 days @ 2 carbs and 2 days @ 4 carbs
2 carb days looks like this:
meal 1: 8 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/4c gluten free oatmeal
meal 2: 4oz sweet potato, tilapia, 4 oz green beans
meal 3: tilapia, 4oz green beans
meal 4: tilapia, 4oz green beans
post workout: 1 scoop ON Hydrowhey, 1/2 scoop glycomaize
meal 5: 4oz salmon, 1c arugula, 1 tbsp mac nut oil
meal 6: 1 scoop ON chocolate peanut butter casein, fiber supp
4 carb day looks like this:

meal 4: tilapia, 4oz green beans, 1/2c quinoa

meal 5: 4oz salmon, 1c arugula, 1 tbsp mac nut oil
meal 6: 1 scoop ON chocolate peanut butter casein, fiber supp
NO CHEAT MEALS AT ALL ON THIS!!! 1 1/2 TO 2 GALLONS OF WATER DAILY...EXTRA SALT ON EVERYTHING
