Playing High School Football. never stayed with the work-outs. wanted to hang out and do stupid things, thought they were more important, you know how high school is.

Goal (Long):
i want to increase my upper and lower body size but not limit my flexibility and range of movement. i want to also lower my body fat to gain more definition. my main goal is to bring out my core. my ideal weight is in the 165lbs.-170lbs. range. which is where i'm at not but i want to lower the body fat rate.

ok so this weekend i caught some food poisoning or bacteria over the weekend which literally drained me out. feeling better now but i'm going to take a few days off until wed. to rehydrate my body and get ready for an interview i have with the pennsylvania state police. but i will be back in...
how was the weekend? I took the weekend off from training. It's the first time in years I've done that. Zero weights all weekend. I did do cardio on Sunday (trying to compensate for the choc cake I ate at lunch).
