How I Started:
Got sick and tired of being sick and tired and being a couch potato. Joined Weight Watchers to lose the initial weight. Concentrating now on gaining muscle, getting strong, and getting cut.

10-12 to optimize gaining muscle and gaining strength at the same time.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-90 seconds to avoid DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)
