How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Between 10 and 15 really depends on what bodypart and routine i am doing.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
anywhere between 45-60 seconds to 1-2 minutes if im real tired i will take a 1-2 minute break i get my cardio from the tredmill not lifting

Thanks for reading my blog. I hate how the Panic attack comes out of nowhere. Luckily when I am at the gym there are only about 5 people in there. I don't know what I would do if I had one in a packed gym.

hey, yeah , you are probably sensitive. Most of us are at first. You can start with less and work up a tolerance. I personally prefer to be jacked in the gym. Im 40 no lie
