Must be nice not to be able to gain fat easily! I wish I had that problem! Did you get to watch the fights? I missed them =( I'm assuming you heard about Lesnar? Sounds like he's in pretty bad shape.

Another local fighter, huh? There are more fights this weekend...and they're free on Spike!! Gaining winter weight would probably be a lot of fun, especially if it means eating cheeseburgers lol but I'm sure once you put the weight on you wouldn't be happy =)

Hey! Good to hear from you! Training is going pretty good. Slacked a little a week or so ago but I'm back at it. I did see the fights. You're talking about the Fedor fight, right? Was a little worried he wasn't going to win because of the size/weight difference but he did! He's a great fighter. Did you watch it? How are things with you?

Wow, you're doing the Psychotic Plan again? Good for you! I can't do it to a "T" that's why I'm doing my own thing. Good luck with it! The holidays will definitely be difficult. Hell, Halloween was hard!

I hear ya, the eats have been my problem this week with the holiday. I'm mad at myself for giving in to the chocolate temptation but I'm not going to let it make me crazy.

That's awesome! Still doing carb cycling? I've been doing my own thing for a while now. Still doing weights and added in more cardio. Using Sparkpeople.com for my diet. Have to say, I'm much happier and feel a lot more "normal" doing things this way =)

Wow, great new pic! I remember you telling me about seeing a trainer. Happy it's working out for you! Boot camp class is great too! I've been using the ranges Sparkpeople.com gave me for my diet and do weights 4-5 days p/wk. I can tell I've gotten weaker but I'm happier with the way my body feels; my pants fit again =) I've also been doing more cardio. My main focus is making sure I have a calorie deficit of at least 3,500 cals p/wk. I'm much happier doing things this way.

lol well the liquor promotions are my second job which I don't work too often; maybe one night a week, if that. And we're not aloud to drink while working. How come you might stop using Kettlebells? I'm actually using them in my workout tonight! I missed using them.

Hey! It's going good. I'm not on the plan anymore. I stopped the nutrition part of it several weeks ago and feel so much better. I started doing my own workout this week. We'll see how it goes! How's your plan going? How have you been?

lol thanks! Got the bad news yesterday that our QB is out for the season...his career is possibly over =( Oh well, you get used to losing when you're a Dolphins fan haha. My progress pics? Haven't taken any since I had to buy bigger clothes. I did drop 7% body fat though. Maybe I should take them...
