Goal (Long):
Drop fat, build muscle, developing healthier eating habits and regular exercise.
Stop making excuses about why I don't have time to workout or eat healthy.
Wear anything (or nothing) with confidence.
Lean muscular legs, a round firm backside, tight arms and abs. What's not to love?
I am so pumped about shedding the excess weight, sculpting and maintaining a lean physique!
Need a big boost in the self-esteem department and this contest is just what I need to set goals and push myself to the limit!

Bodybuilding.com bodyspace. I am trying to be consistent with this as there is such a sense of accomplishment when I log my workout time at the end of the day.

How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
Asthma flare up very recently (July 2008) which is why I needed a break from gym. 7 days a week cardio and weights almost did me in. :)

Hey lady! Doing great. My new diet/training plan from Steve is kicking my butt!!!! I love the progress I've been making. Glad you joined a gym. I am sure you feel like you just returned home where you belong (smile).
I working very hard and the diet change is working. This the same pic 3 weeks later. I'm glad you are over your slump, and hoepfully the sun will shine soon hon.
