Goal (Long):
Drop fat, build muscle, developing healthier eating habits and regular exercise. Stop making excuses about why I don't have time to workout or eat healthy. Wear anything (or nothing) with confidence. Lean muscular legs, a round firm backside, tight arms and abs. What's not to love? I am so pumped about shedding the excess weight, sculpting and maintaining a lean physique! Need a big boost in the self-esteem department and this contest is just what I need to set goals and push myself to the limit!

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Bodybuilding.com bodyspace. I am trying to be consistent with this as there is such a sense of accomplishment when I log my workout time at the end of the day.

Asthma
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
Asthma flare up very recently (July 2008) which is why I needed a break from gym. 7 days a week cardio and weights almost did me in. :)

Today I couldn’t be more excited. My first day back in the gym since July 2008…whoo hoo - it was a blast.

To add a cherry on top (since icing is way more fattening) I was able to “squeeze” back into my size 6 pants this morning.  J

Just knowing that I would be hitting the gym...
