i always put on some fat during the winter and cut it off in the spring..my back got a lot bigger last year by doing that.

well, i use nitric oxide(superpump 250), u use true mass(bsn) and size on(gaspari)..the true mass will put weight on you, its high in protein, calories and carbs..but at your age, id just hit it the way u are, take vitamins and pump hard, you are doing good..oh..and think about competing..u got a great back, delts and arms.
