putting my friend into a neck brace durring football. was never able to step on the field with him again so i turned to the weight room.

a 305 pound bench press for a double at a buck sixty four. it was about two years ago.

hi folks been dropping the weight the last few days last few weeks really. i don't know what to do my eating habits have not changed and i never feel hungry or deprived of food. i am getting more than enough rest most of the time and don't feel like i am over training at all even with squad...
