putting my friend into a neck brace durring football. was never able to step on the field with him again so i turned to the weight room.

hi folks been dropping the weight the last few days last few weeks really. i don't know what to do my eating habits have not changed and i never feel hungry or deprived of food. i am getting more than enough rest most of the time and don't feel like i am over training at all even with squad...

A shoulders & trapsB chestC bicepsD lower backE tri'sF legsG upper backcalves and forarms are done every other workout consecutively and it is not unusual to do two workouts a day. I unusualy have a day off a week.
