My goal is to bust my ass in the gym and gain 10 pounds of clean muscle.
Goal (Long):
I have come close to a six pack but never had a full one. Also, I have been cut but not big and I have been big but not cut. I want to be big and cut at the same time. My plan is to do early moring cardio 4 to 5 days a week and lift one hour at night after work, 4 days a week. I plan to follow the workouts shown by the world class physique DVD's staring Bob Cicherillo. I've learned alot watching these DVD's and reading on BB.com. This will be the first time in my life that I will be monitoring my diet as well as lifting. Before now, I had no clue about diet and did not understand how much it affects bodybuilding. With my newfound knowlege in diet and bodybuilding I plan to transform my body beyond my previous expectations.
