Hey Jeron, liftin is better than ever for me, had hours changed @ work for 2 months and had to go after work in afternoon, was not the same 4 me, switched back to 4:45 am liften and i'm superfantastic!!! gotta love it, hows your goals coming, getten in shape for the summer comming? keeponpumpin!-red
