jeron87 Fail. Stopped gym for a week, then one wek turned into 4... lost 2kg. Gotta get back up now and keep pushing.

MountainManMatt For real though I want to get up to 155 and down to 10%. Kinda hard though because I'm living in Germany for another 6 months and the only thing in the way of gym or equipment is the guest room and some stinking bands. But I figure doing something is better than nothing and I'll be in a bit of shape by the time I get back and get some real weights. Feb 1, 2013 10:28am
