good lord bro, you packed on some size....in that morphing pic. good aesthetics, good shapes which is rare to see for a guy of your size. how long you been with iovate? my bro will be going there in jan and i'll be up there i feb or march.

nice man! well after a month of aggressive therapy, the pinched nerve wasnt a prob. but of course, strain this or that and joints take a toll but its part of the biz. im great as well as fam. hope you're fam is well too.

no prob bro. calories...mainly eat clean yes, any protein is ok..i eat it all as far as cheats, keep it to a minimum but if you feel like a greasy pizza or burger go for it. no need to hold back...just make sure you can always see your abs lol

well bro its a matter of calories..sometimes you'll hit that plateau and it might take a while. i havent figured out the secret yet either. i've been sitting around 205-210 for the past several months. here is the thing, i dont base my cons based upon how much weight i weigh. as long as im getting stronger, its all good. even still if i dont, i switch up my training and foods i eat. the body is very adaptable, switch everything up every 4-8 weeks or when you hit that plateau

hey thanx bro, kind words are always welcomed! ive prob put on 20plus lbs since summer 2008, right now just fine tuning for mr minnesota so i prob wont gain much from now till june. hope all is well with you!

OK i understand. dude skip JR USA, do NORTH AMERICAN..its basically same competition but its a tier 1 nat'l show plus it will give you more time so you can enjoy your sis wedding lol the northstar pics are up at strength media go check them out. also if you have a face-book, hit me up there..just google my name and it will pop up

yep michelle. ouch, didnt know his rates, though he has great work. i only do test shoots/exchanges..cant afford them either lol so i'll prob end up prospecting in march. i will prob PAY but for only a photographer who is extremely reputable/has tons of published work just for a little kick to my portfolio. there isnt too many male photographers whos work i care for..i like some unique photography, not the same old back shoots of a studio crap. lots of color and shadowing/killer backgrounds.

well, you only have another month or two do decide before you have to cut. im starting to fine tune diet and training like 30 weeks out lol. biggest thing i want is paper thin skin...in my as$ so get some striations to come out...so going to refine my trianing for extra detail. im happy with the muscle ive gained

looking at the pics, i agree you do look better, tighter and you can see it in your face..then you know you did your homework lol jr usa in august..wow never heard that, its usually spring contest. that gives you another 6 months of bulking. why jr usas anyways? sh!t you might as well do north american...no one does jr usas yeah mr mn then jr nats!

so how did you do? i think gritti said you took 3rd? i didnt end up making it out to the show..pics chris took sucked. seems as if everyone thought comp was good..how do you feel about it and whats next...you going to hit up mr mn or do a nat'l level show next year?

no i didnt end up making it. seen the pics, looked like an ok show. the shw didnt look that big on stage judging by the pics. he was pretty tall and needs more muscle to fill out his frame. gritti said it was a pretty good show to so i guess pics really didnt do the show justice. so whats the plan for next year?

thanx bro but i have 5 months up on you. im not gaining nearly as quick as i use to..right now its much slower plus joints & tendons are getting sore so had to kick it back on several occasions. still busting my arse to get my chest back to its former self. it looks good but not up to par with everything else. lol post surgery, my bad arm was 3"smaller then my good, now my bad arm is over 1/2" bigger then my former good arm lol

nice man...just dont be in a hurry! i think i started training upperbody 12 weeks after surgery and i remember i was only doing d-bell presses with 5lbs! it comes back quicker then you think it will bro. looking great man, good to see you too. im at a plateau...really hard to push more cals in, makes me gag thinking about food lol
