How I Started:
I was training at the High School gym my Junior year when I was approached by an Shawn Barthel(a senior) and asked if I'd like to train with him. He said I have great potential for bodybuilding...the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
To summarize it's for a number of reasons, the pump, body transformation, health and challenging myself mentally and physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
By never being complacent! Strive for bigger and better goals perpetually!

Hey Jerome, I am thinking about buying a Muscletech supplement but not for sure what one to get. I just did the Elk River contest and wanting to gain some serious mass in 9 months and then lean out again in July for the Elk River contest in Oct. U got any good recommendations? Doing pretty well, I have been training consistent for about 3 months, and I have dropped 5.6% bodyfat... I just got to fat while I was sidelined! I can't lift heavy with my chest at all though... I do the incline hammer strength machine with a 45 and a 35 for 15 reps as a final set, heavier than that doesn't feel good! How are you holding up bro? You latest pics are crazy!! You are a beast, you definitely have overcome your injury!

Haha..but as soon as the show is done..I'm going to be taking everything! I was there for my before shoot and then I'm flying back there the day after my show for the after shoot. That's awesome man...good to hear the training is going well..what weight are you shooting for to step on stage? I'm going to do Jr. USA's for sure..I was kinda thinking about Jr. Nats, but my sister's wedding is the week before in Mexico, so I don't think that would really work. haha

im doing good, in august i really hurt my right pec and havnt been able to do much chest since.. it sucks but im using the time to catch my legs up... gaining good size though, theres a natural show in april here at ohio state im going to check it out and plan on doing that for my first show in 2011

it was herniated after I had a MRI they rushed me to surgery I had been training with it like that for about 4 weeks they were amazed I didn't do more damage to it
