"Pack on 20-30lbs and stay lean within the next 12 weeks post FWC. IN ADDITION, to pluggin holes in HATERS MOUTHS and making them eat their COMMONER WORDS!"
I was training at the High School gym my Junior year when I was approached by an Shawn Barthel(a senior) and asked if I'd like to train with him. He said I have great potential for bodybuilding...the rest is history. We've been best friends ever since.

Pack on 20-30lbs and stay lean within the next 12 weeks post FWC. IN ADDITION, to pluggin holes in HATERS MOUTHS and making them eat their COMMONER WORDS!
Goal (Long):
To compete at 2009 North America, much bigger and improved!
I completed the bodyspace muscletech transformation contest and NPC Flex Wheeler Classic and was at my all time best! I lost 31lbs in 14 weeks, started at 190lbs and cut down to 159.3lbs! I took second place in the middleweights and was edged out by my friend Mike Gritti by several points...
I know, looking back I cannot believe how bad I got. I couldn't see it when I was there and that scares me. I'm so glad I've turned my life around in such a positive way. Thank you so much btw! :)
Congrats on your placing, you above the waist conditioning and side shots look awesome. Your weight shot up before the competition. Were you just dehydrated?
Jerome, I placed you above Mike. It was a coin toss-red suit to red suit. However, I thought you came in much harder than Mike did. The one thing Mike did have going for him was his thickness-his hamstrings were just a bit bigger than yours and that might have been why the judging went as it did. As I looked at him on stage, I thought he still needed another week of dieting in order to be ready for this show.
You've got a great physique...
Hey bro.. I was wondering when you start bulking if you take creatine and what kind? I like cell-tech but after awhile I can't stomach it! What other supps do you like for bulking?
Dam bro 16 lbs. huh? Thats awsome! I think I'm just going to take it easy for a week and enjoy some good eats, then try to maintain as well I don't want to shoot up to 220 again!
I see there's some dudes being haters on the forum on ya bro! It's whatever, as far as I'm concerned its up to the judges now!
Great job by the way at your competition man you looked awsome! Keep up the good work and next year that 2nd will be a 1st!
Oh YA! This will be great!
Welcome aboard! What a pleasure!

Hey J, Congrats on your second place win . You know you had the winner worried with the condition you were in. He had to have one little thing different that one of the judges liked to place him over you; because you looked incredible for the contest !!
