I am just working on detoxing right now which is working out quite well. I just don't know long I should do it. I am going back to the supplement store to see how long the detox will take...

Hey Jerome..this week was a bit ruff! I found myself working alot of hours...less time @ gym..but I am going this morning and I glad to report that Iam down a few lbs..I am sure it was stress...but hey I'll take it as I enter a new week! How R YOU doing?

Thats good you have already drop 30 pounds and going back to school...I'm very proud of you...it's not easy, but your going to get thur it...Keep me inform about whats going on with your training...moral support is the key...!!
