Only load on carbs for the first meal as well as before and after a workout to replenish the muscle
Don't eat anything too heavy 2-3 hours before sleep because I can't sleep on a full stomach lol, but from time to time i do

Throughout High School I was barely over a hundred pounds roughly about 112-115 pds senior year, I told myself I'd never go back to that. I'll look at pictures from time to time to not only remind myself of how far I've come, but to humble myself as well.
