Well today I did a bi-cep deadlift workout.
deadlifts 5 sets 10-12reps @ 170lbs
preacher curl with curlbar 3 sets 8-10 reps @ 85lbs
standing cheat curls 3sets 4-6 reps @ 115lbs
seated dumbell curls 5 sets 10-15 reps @ 35lbs
preacher hammer curls 2 sets 12-15 reps...

Well Utah doesn't suck right now but Dec and Jan did. It is starting to warm up, I have a friend that lives there, he said you guys were getting pounded with snow last week.
