One morning I woke up and decided that there would be no more excuses. I was tired of being fat, tired of not having any energy, tired of hating myself for the way I had let myself go.
I started eating right, by taking it upon myself to study about nutrition. Once I had lost 50 pounds, I felt ready and energized to start working out.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps me to clear my mind and to focus on the big picture.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing how my body responds to working out and eating right keeps me motivated to push through my own insecurities and self-doubt. When I feel like cheating or slacking, I look at old photos of myself. I will not be that man again!
BB Accomplishments:
Still learning about bodybuilding and nutritin. I haven't reached any major bodybuilding goals yet. Shedding excess fat and toning up are my priorities right now.
I just wanted to drop by and wish you all the best. You are really on your way and I believe that with your determination you will achieve all of your fitness goals.
