When I Started: Feb, 2006
How I Started: The very fist time I lifted weights was in high school, but i quit fast coz i was busy partying. Then I joined the military and I noticed that I'm getting a little older for some of the stuff that we do so I decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It: Aside from looking better and feeling great, working out helps me keep up with younger soldiers and helped me meet the physical demands of my job.
How I Stay Motivated: Numerous transformation stories posted in bodybuilding.com always reminds me that it is never too late to start rebuilding your body. Their stories are truly inspirational. And of course I listened to a lot of hard rocking music before and during workout.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Drop weight to 160lbs and drop bf to 10%
Goal (Long): I slacked a lot after my recent deployment, all the parties and drinking took a toll on me so now I back to square one. Today is official day of my journey to my 3 months transformation.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
