Great stress release, and being in good shape has made me a better cook.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its all about feeling good.
BB Accomplishments:
First, losing 30lbs in the 4th quarter of '06, And then adding 25lbs of bulk in 07. I've trimmed back down thus far in 08, and my bf% is the lowest its been since my junior year of hs.

Just starting out.
immediately after hemaguno. 184lbs, just over 12%.
Just want to get really ripped, with good muscle defenition and good shape. Not really going for bulk, though I'd obviously like to be a little bigger than I am.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Christian Bale in American Psycho.
Good amount of bulk, but not overly so. Just a lot of good muscle defenition and good shape and well sculpted muscle.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder injury-overuse. Just fragile joints. Its affected my training for months. I basically just be real careful about what kind of shoulder exercises I use.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not warming up, not stretching afterwards, and trying to do too much, in addition to flawed form.

I've been on the program for about a month now. I'm still doing 12 exercises per workout, as I'm trying to lean down. When I get through trying to lean out, I'll likely cut the workout down to 10 exercises, focusing more on...
