Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder injury-overuse. Just fragile joints. Its affected my training for months. I basically just be real careful about what kind of shoulder exercises I use.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not warming up, not stretching afterwards, and trying to do too much, in addition to flawed form.
Basic split routein with about 15 sets total per workout, concentrating on compound movements like squats, bench, deadlifts, overhead press, and a little acessory work to follow up.
Hey man, I was just looking at trying Stoked by AI and was wondering how they hooked ya up with a sample and how I could going about getting a sample from them?
