Why I Love It: Great stress release, and being in good shape has made me a better cook.
How I Stay Motivated: Its all about feeling good.
BB Accomplishments: First, losing 30lbs in the 4th quarter of '06, And then adding 25lbs of bulk in 07. I've trimmed back down thus far in 08, and my bf% is the lowest its been since my junior year of hs.

Goal (Long): Just want to get really ripped, with good muscle defenition and good shape. Not really going for bulk, though I'd obviously like to be a little bigger than I am.

Christian Bale in American Psycho.

Good amount of bulk, but not overly so. Just a lot of good muscle defenition and good shape and well sculpted muscle.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder injury-overuse. Just fragile joints. Its affected my training for months. I basically just be real careful about what kind of shoulder exercises I use.

Not warming up, not stretching afterwards, and trying to do too much, in addition to flawed form.
