I got tired of being skinny, wanted to gain some muscle.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great, look better, and all that stuff
How I Stay Motivated:
I picture my workouts before I actually do them. I also have a mental picture of how I want myself to be, and strive to achieve that goal.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 27lbs since Nov. 2005, lost fat. Put 9 1/2" on my chest!

None. If I had one, it would be treadmill sprints. I get more of a workout quicker.
