Why I Love It:
I enjoy the feeling after a good workout. The tight muscles, mentally and physically it just makes me feel good. Makes me want to stand up straight and be proud stick my chest out because I can.
How I Stay Motivated:

The next couple of months I want to work on my Pecs. By spring I want them stretching my dress shirts.
Goal (Long):
Workout mon., wens., fri. for 60 - 75 minutes a day. Theres a weight room at the college I work at, it's well equipped and seldom used by others so I can get in and get out.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
log onto b.b.com and check my messages and others profiles. Somebody else with a kick but physique always motiates me to push harder and stay motivated to add size.
hey bud, normally incline flat and decline dumbells, dips and one armed cable crossovers. just started weighted press ups though and they seem to be really working, especially with regards to my weak inner upper chest. give em a go and see if you can see any visual improvement. cheers, will
thanks for that, same with you, i wish my lats were more like yours. ironic thing is my back is in my opinion my best part. any tips? itd be appreciated.
