How I Started:
I started having problems with my lower back popping out, the chiropractor suggested some excercises to strenghen the muscles and eliminate the problems. Thats how i started and it just grew from there. I felt and looked better and my back problems started to go away
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the feeling after a good workout. Mentally and physically it just makes me feel good. The summer is almost here and i want all the looks when my shirt's off..
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and seeing those little changes. I like to see new muscles pop out and then keep on growin.
I lso find inspiration from magazines and this web site. The comments from others are motivating and training techniques are helpful in making my time well spent in the gym.

Hello to All, It was another awesome day in the weight room. 60 minutes of lifting and music always leaves me feeling good. Added some weight to my preacher curl and also my dumbell concentration curl. When I look in the mirror it never lies, I can ohnestly say I can see change in every week...
My problem with muscle juice(bought 2 tubs wish i didnt) is that it is nothing but sugars. I use serious mass which has worked well for me because i think the carbs are more complex than sugar carbs. Good luck on you bulking!

I do mostly commercial and residential and industrial air cons ducted n splities, built a few coolrooms, dont do much refrigeration, just mainly servicing of them.
well now i lift from monday to friday rest weekends. this works well with my football schedule cuz i lift legs twice a week. but i get sore on one muscle and train another the next day thats what allows me to hit the gym 5 sometimes 6 times a week depending on how im feeling.!
