Bodyspace helps a lot. People are really friendly and helpful. I like the changes I am seeing each day. I think of myself as I will be when I am older and how much my older self will appreciate being healthy and able to move pain free.

XxDrifterxX Most of the time I would agree, bbbbuuuuutttt when the pain goes away , when you can move that body part it's unreal how great you feel. dafilanegro read ur last entry. know how that one goes. it's only natural to be hypercritical after losing weight/fat. knowing what you had to endure. sacrifices you had to make. but after saying all that just remember you have already show you have the discipline to reach ur goals and it is only a matter of time you do it again. keep the faith and don't stop believing in urself!!
