Hey girl! I am on week 2 of the PDF (Pychotic fat desruction) plan, and week 3 of my KETO. I will warn you the KETO diet is NOT easy and very very strict. I absoultely love it and will more than likely continue to eat like this even after my 12 weeks is up. It just works for me and my body feels incredible on it. Just talk to Steve and he I'm sure can work something out with you if your currently plan isn't working. Hope you have a Merry Christmas! :)

I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. I like the psychotic plan better because you get to change your workouts every 2 weeks. I was on the EFD plan first but switched. I wouldn't b embarrassed send him a quick e-mail and see what he says... It can't hurt, he's our trainer so we have to turn to him when we have questions, right?
I restarted the EFD plan about 2 weeks ago and then Steve suggested I do the Psychotic Plan. I just started this plan on Monday and I like it alot better. I would ask Steve what you should do about either restarting or continuing where u left off. U can do this and glad ur feeling better. BTW reds fade out fast I had it for the summer and it didn't last long...
Thanks! And, no. I tried one once and it had the opposite effect on me! I was super hungry all of the time and ate everything! lol I'll never try one ever again. A healthy diet, some good ol' fashioned exercise, determination, and a little willpower are all you need! Best of luck!
