How I Started: I got started working out,after my parents bought a flat bench.Seeing pro bodybuilders on tv and in magazines
Why I Love It: I loved working out because I love the feeling,and sculpting my body,being able to see changes in certian muscles that I work.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing other people in shape.Reading muscle & fitness,natural bodybuilding, Muscle mag,and natural bodybuilding & fitness
