I was active duty marine corps for 5 yrs and switched to the Air Guard last summer while I finish school. What do you do in the AF?

Well, you have to use sooo much upper body strength. We also do yoga. Its an amazing workout, for example, climbing is like the same thing as climbing a rope and you dont really focus on it because its a lot of fun.

Actually Im at the point where they dont teach me anything. I basically check out youtube before a class and teach myself new moves. Im in the advanced class in Nashville. Believe me, it works all your major muscle groups and if you cant lift your own weight your in trouble!

OMG! I recommend pole dancing to any girl who wants to have the body like a dancer and a 6 pack at the same time. My abs started to really show after taking lessons for 3 months

Hmm, workouts... Well, I dont do anything Fri and Sunday. On Sat, Monday and Wed. I take an hour spin class and circuit training for an hour. On Tuesdays I take a pole dance class, oh and Thursdays I take a step-kick class at the gym. Its just like bootcamp I love it!

not really a preference but what I have been doing is indulging on the weekends and being really strict during the week. I dropped like 5 pounds last week so it seems to be working!

yeah, definately kicking it in the gym and also in the kitchen. Lol, I love flavorable food, maybe one day I will give it up and really get in shape but not today! lol.
