Training is the easy part. Its all in your mind! Ive havent missed a workout in over 2 yrs, you cant achieve a toned look without weights and cardio!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated at the gym by taking different classes. I take a spin class because of the amount of calories it burns, I also take a pole dance fitness class for fun. Its also a great workout!
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I like to run, although it burns less calories than other types of cardio equipment I feel like I push myself further and sweat more! Im currently jogging 45 minutes or 4 mile runs. Alternating days with a less intense cardio workout of 20 min intervals. Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
This is so weird but it works, drinking vegetable juice after drinking cures hangovers. I dont know why but everytime I have a really bad hangover and drink that stuff it goes away within minutes! Exercise helps also by increasing blood flow and oxygen to the brain. Its not very often I...
