How I Started:
I have always enjoyed working out, but over the past few years my family and I have been through alot. I had to change, and now my mind is made up.. I will live this life, healthy, happy and strong!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great and do things i have never done before. I push myself really hard, it's a rush!!!!

My husband supports me so much, I couldn't do it without him :) He's the best!!
I really want it, bad... Now, i'm addicted!! So staying motivated is not hard!!
Hey! I have been bulking for almost 2 months now and have gained about 7 pounds. I think i'm stuck here, can't seem to gain more. I've upped my cal's and stopped cardio. I want to gain More muscle and keep the fat low if possible.... Any ideas?? And also, how long should i gain before i cut?
