How I Started: I have always enjoyed working out, but over the past few years my family and I have been through alot. I had to change, and now my mind is made up.. I will live this life, healthy, happy and strong!
Why I Love It: It makes me feel great and do things i have never done before. I push myself really hard, it's a rush!!!!
How I Stay Motivated: My husband supports me so much, I couldn't do it without him :) He's the best!!
I really want it, bad... Now, i'm addicted!! So staying motivated is not hard!!

Hello! Today was my only day off from the gym, saturday is my chill day! But for some reason I wanted to go and I did!! Worked my butt off and feel wonderful :) It's so weird how it makes me feel and how different i am after a great workout, so much happier :)

Thats awesome, had a killer leg workout the other day :) What did you workout yesterday? My training is going good, just more cardio, trying to get toned up and bring out some more veins haha
