Background

When I Started: Oct 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I have always enjoyed working out, but over the past few years my family and I have been through a lot. I had to change, and now my mind is made up.. I will live this life, healthy, happy and strong!

WHY I LOVE IT:

It makes me feel great and do things i have never done before. I push myself really hard, it's a rush!!!!

I'm really starting to see how important it is to let the body REST..... I took 4 days off this week and that is big for me.... I just felt my body screaming for it.  I need to stay on top of that and stop over training!! Maybe 1 or 2 days off a week is not enough????

Wow, today was my first day on Vassive-NO and  Hydrowhey... All I can say is I had a CRAZY wo with ton's of energy and great pumps. After the gym i had my shake (water and hydrowhey)  Which was very good and shook up nicly... Also did very well on my stomach, which is big for me :) I'm pretty happy with both and looking forward to seeing my progress in the coming weeks!!

Just watched this documentary film  and it blew my mind. What has happend to us? All i can say is i hope more people watch this and change. We can make a difference, if we don't who knows what will happen to are children when they grow up..........So scary...... Lets be healthy and make a change!!!
