Background
I actually started doing body for life as another attempt to lose weight. I wasn't overweight, but was always flabby and never happy with how I looked and I tried EVERYTHING!! I used to do tonnes of cardio, tried to be a "runner", Atkins, "cleanses", 1000 cals a day and every other stupid thing unuder the sun. But during BFL I started noticing muscles popping out of my arms and decided hmmm I think i like this. I finally felt like something was working for me that I actually loved. I found I could eat alot and still lose weight. Well then from then on I have been hooked. And of course have progressed on from BFL a long time ago. And now I just want as much muscle as I can naturally pack on to this body!!
