How I Started:
I used to get so mad at my husband for coming home late because of his workout. I was home with our baby and needed a break. So, I decided one day when he got home I would go and workout and leave him with the baby. I WAS HOOKED! I finaly understood why he always wanted to workout!
Why I Love It:
I love it because I can go to a place in my head and just be me. Not a mother, wife, sister, daughter, JUST ME! I also love all the stress it gets rid of. Oh yeah I love the way my body is starting to look!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I get out of bed in the morning I put on my workout clothes so I have to do it! By the time my husband gets home from work I need some stress relief. So I'm itchen to get on the treadmill!!

Cons- My son comes in and interrupts me sometimes.

I'm going on week 2 of being a single mom. I've done pretty well I guess. Trying to fit in good workouts and eat clean with my 3 year old son! (I have to wait till he's taking a nap or goes to bed for the night to train.) The last time I trained with him in the gym he dropped a 10lb plate on...

hey there. how was your back training the other day? hows everything been going. yes i am very happy and glad i am making a difference in my self and what i eat. i just hope people will notice all the improvement as i have noticed and it will motivate them to do the same to make a difference in their life as well as others

Hi! Sorry missed your comments I have been pretty hectic with a new job, house and baby daughter! Things are going pretty well gym wise, I started as the GM of a flagship Virgin Active Health Club.
