Monday, Wed., Friday :
Circuit Training.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday:
Cardio: 30 minutes-1 hour usually. Always changing it up. Either stair climber and stationary bike, or go to the track and do sprint walk intervals or run bleachers and walk. Just depends on what I feel like doing. |
