Me and Oprah are the queens of yo-yo dieting! In college I gained the freshmen 30 and somehow graduated with a major in Exercise Science. Before my wedding I slimmed down but did so by eating lil' and over training so it did not last. A few years later I started training and as you can see from the 2007 photos I was beginning to see results. However it is now approaching '09 and once again I am starting from scratch. I went through a tough year and then partied the last year all the way up to 145 pounds! YIKES Now a lil' wiser I am back and really ready! I have entered the Hydroxycut Contest and am finally ready to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

So here's the numbers been on graveyard (3am-11am) for 8 weeks, actually used to it now. It's been 101 days since I quit smoking and I can honestly say I don't miss it at all! I've lost 20lbs and feel stronger and more commited than I ever have. My computer crashed but I haven't that's why...
Wow.. day 60. Congrats. To be VERY honest. My bday was the 1st/ super bowl. I restarted that day- ONLY FOR THE DAY. So, today is 17 days. And it will keep going. There IS no going back now. I am down 12 lbs though :) U?

Thank you. Danny wants me to start lifting heavier so, I'm sure this week is going to be an intense one! *wish me luck* And btw, 8-4 isn't too bad. You could probably get a pretty good workout in before work! Have you fully recovered from being sick?
Hey there Jenni, everything is going great! I'm full of energy, my mood is steady, and I'm seeing results - My Body is responding extremely well to my diet/training. *very happy* Have you managed to do any cardio or workouts on this crazy schedule you've been on?
Hi Jenni! I just wanted to stop by to see how you're doing and to say, You know I'll be cheering you on. When you say Nov. are you thinking about doing the Las Vegas Classic?
Thank you for accepting my invitation. Btw, I've been meaning to ask - I noticed you striking a Figure Pose in one of your pics....Did you compete last year?
Actually....You, ME, and Oprah are Queens of yo-yo dieting! *lol* Coincidentally, we're both from Vegas and, have very similar Stats. I'm certainly interested in following your progress. Well, Have a Happy New Year!
