How I Started:
I have actually been working out for 4yrs, but never consistantly and probably incorrectly! I recently started some personal traning at my gym this october.
Why I Love It:
I feel awesome after, I have more energy, its a huge self-esteem booster, and Im more confident when Im out and around friends!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well that's my problem!!!Once Im in the gym its all good, its walking in the door! I have a friend problem....I always end up going out having a few coktails..then I dont feel like going to the gym the next day...its a viscious cycle that I do to my self! So no more excuses...I live at the lake and since there is nothing to do here in the winter anyway (but sit on a barstool and drink) im gonna channel that energy and time in the gym!Look out summer here I come!

I want to work hard and have a tight ass body to show for it! No more excuses, Im tired of of not feeling confident about my body. I want good muscle definition and strength. I want a six pack...and with hard work I will have it! I can do any thing I put my mind too including this! I want to be able to wear cute sassy clothes and not have to worry about my muffin top or if my belly is gonna hang out!It's time for the jennergizer bunny to recharge and gain all of my energy and stamina back!

Thanks for the add, Im going to Portugal and hope to find a gym close to me that i can use, but if not I will be doing some sightseeing by foot.
