Making the most of it and renewing my self-disciplin
I'll be 43 in a couple of weeks, and I have always been pretty fit - I gained a lot of weight after taking a 100% telecommuting job and injuring my knee (left ACL had to be reattached to the tibia) - I was up to 170 last year this time and started going to bootcamp classes - and then got pneumonia and went up to 190! That really jolted me into action -- after being fit most of my life as a way of rebelling against so many other chronic health issues, I recommitted to keep exercising for my health, to keep from getting injuries (and improve recovery time when I get one).
