played sports in high school which kep me in shape, after high school didnt have my sports to play, had a baby, and body totally changed to something i didnt like. So i found a gym and started working out.
Why I Love It:
The feeling i get after i accomplished a work out! I love being sore the next day, means i actually did something!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I wanna be a cop in a few years...so i have to keep fit!
