Clean Eating

I eat clean & train dirty dirty!!  Basically if I can't read the label it doesn't go in the cart.  I eat every 2-4 hours depending on what time I wake up.  

My Supplement Program View My Full Supplement Program

This is what's up with my supps.....

Before Breakfast-Fat burner

During Breakfast- CLA

                          Multi-vitamin

                          Flax

                          St. John's Wart

Lunch-CLA

          Raspberry Ketones

          Green Tea

Pre-Workout- Fat burner

Dinner-CLA

           Flax

 

***I do not take fish oil I usually eat fish (Salmon, Cod or Tipapia) ATLEAST 5 different times throughout the week.  

***I have my protein shakes with BCAA's through out the day depending on meals and workouts

Shortcut to shred......started out with a bang ended with a womp womp womp.  I loved the first 2 phases, the nutrition and the workouts were fierce.  The routines were starting to get fun in the gym I would play around with different cardio accelleration exercises.  Was even getting asked what I was training for.  I dunno what happened, well ok I do.  Phase 3 LOW CARB.  .5g carb per body weight I struggled severly with this I know some people can do it but I think...
