Clean Eating
I eat clean & train dirty dirty!! Basically if I can't read the label it doesn't go in the cart. I eat every 2-4 hours depending on what time I wake up.

***I do not take fish oil I usually eat fish (Salmon, Cod or Tipapia) ATLEAST 5 different times throughout the week.
***I have my protein shakes with BCAA's through out the day depending on meals and workouts

Shortcut to shred......started out with a bang ended with a womp womp womp. Â I loved the first 2 phases, the nutrition and the workouts were fierce. Â The routines were starting to get fun in the gym I would play around with different cardio accelleration exercises. Â Was even getting asked what I was training for. Â I dunno what happened, well ok I do. Â Phase 3 LOW CARB. Â .5g carb per body weight I struggled severly with this I know some people can do it but I think... Go to BodyBlog
