December 2007 I weighed 176lbs.... its been slow losing the weight. Now I want to gain muscle, and be fit and strong.
Why I Love It:
-It feels great to take care of my body. I love the feeling of sore, worked muscles...(is that sick?)
How I Stay Motivated:
-Seeing results! -Having good music on my MP3 player -upcoming fitness competition

I love this article. Its about pushing your body to failure. I have been practicing this, and have noticed my strength is practically doubling!  Today was a legs/box jump day in the gym. I cut 1 minute off 50 box...

Thanks. I didn't see anything for the first 8 weeks or so, then like magic, the weight started coming off. I am trying to build more muscle now and get my abs to show. You are looking fantastic!
