130 lbs and I hate walking around in a bikini. I want that muscular, toned chiseled look. I want to be proud to walk around without my inner thighs looking lumpy
I want to gain muscle, tone and the chiseled look. 124lbs is okay as long as I can turn that into muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want sculpted shoulders, the tight and toned Abs, toned and muscular legs and overall the eliminate most of my fat increase muscle and definition. I want to be one of those girls of IFBB or the Fitness competitors here.
The struggles and problems that came his way, he still found a way to train and get in shape. He didn't let anything stop him and that just shows me if hell or high water something comes gets thrown at me and knocks me down... Pick my self up and keep pushing.
She has reached an awesome goal and I have the belief that if 31233 can achieve her goals, so can I! Truly an inspiration. I keep reminding myself that this is how I want to look. Thanks 31233
Well It's been a week since I've been back from vacation and thank god I only gained 1lb. Not as bad as what I expected, but I'm so glad to be back on track. Now, I ran out of protein powder and need to go buy some. worked biceps and back today and think I need to actually increase weight...
