Gearing up for the Arnold Fitness International 2009
Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 5:41pmHappy Holidays everyone. Well I am slowing gearing up for my 10th appearance at the Fitness International in March of 2009. I invite everyone to watch my blog and picture progress as I spend the next 10 weeks kicking it up a notch. This will be a long but quick process I am sure. I will officially start my diet Jan 5th. I do know what I am doing for my routine and I am excited to celebrate 10 years on the Arnold Stage. I will be using www.wheysensible.com Whey Sensible protein in my contest prep diet A new fat burner, Trim Fat! Glutamine and BCAA's fro...

I used to compete in taekwondo when I was 20 years old and on my best day, I still couldn't move like you. You are amazing! Take the olympia! Best of luck!!
