I mostly focused on cardio, especially running. I've always enjoyed going for long runs. I then decided to start lifting a couple times a week and felt like I had no idea what i was doing so I hired a trainer and told him i just wanted to tone up. A few months ago I decided I want to gain more muscle and actually get some definition! I've cleaned up my eating and I'm starting to lift heavier weights! It's a slow process but I hope to see more results soon!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it's my "me" time!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I want to look and feel the best that I can. I have days when I don't want to go to the gym and I just want to eat everything in sight and I'll slip at times but I remind myself why I'm doing this in the first place. Also with my boyfriend away doing Marines training I'm using this time to get in awesome shape so I can look good for him as well! I miss him so much. . .he's worth the effort!! =)

I'm not intimidated by the weight room anymore!

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?

That sounds so fun!Your are going to Mexico and I am going to Grapevine! Haha...I am just doing cardio and abs on Wednesday and maybe taking off on Saturday, not sure yet. My schedule is kind of mixed up with X-Mas plans and taking a day off when I go to Grapevine.

Wanted to see how you were doing? Things are still going steady with me. Looking to shred more fat! Now as far as the Shred from MusclePharm I like them, they do crave my sweet cravings and thats what I need most. I haven't weighed or measured lately haven't felt the need to so I don't know if I've accomplished anything, I believe I have by the way my jeans fit!
