I have always been active. I have been in and out of weight training for the last couple of years but this this year I want to get serious about it, and achieve the best body that I can.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the feeling that I have after. I find it to bea major stress reliever for me.

Woke up late this morning, but still wanted to get in some cardio so in a hurry I managed to throw everything I needed into my gym bag; I get ready there and head to work.. took my vitamins and headed to the gym. BAD IDEA apparently... I usually always eat before I take my vitamins and go for...

YES, can relate. In fact, in 7 months after my Left ACL Reconstruction, I was back on stage competing. So, stay focused and U'll do well in ur upcoming show... *smile*
